Campbell at Sunrise

For some time I've wanted to watch the sun rise over Tucson from the northern tip of Campbell. It's a 2.2 mile uphill run -- I could never bring myself to roll out of bed and plod my way up a stupid hill in the darkness. Well, despite a temperature in the 30's here a couple of days ago, I snagged a water bottle and camera and hit the road. Unable to fall back asleep just before 7 o'clock, I figured it was now or never for the sunrise panorama debut.

Got up there by 7:25, saw the sun peek over the mountains by 7:36. Took the picture below, which will hopefully be supplemented by panoramas if I can figure out a way to stitch them together.
